Gi Gi’s extensive background ensures that TruGRIT Consulting Group brings seasoned proficiency to every project. Gi Gi Griffin Earnest is a dynamic leader, business owner, and veteran with over 34 years of distinguished service to the federal government. She is the founder and owner of TruGRIT Consulting Group, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business specializing in Human Resources consulting. Established in July 2020 and based in Sunnyvale, TX, TruGRIT leverages Gi Gi’s extensive expertise in HR, Customer Relations, Logistics, and Lean Six Sigma to support clients across various industries. A proud Navy veteran, Gi Gi’s military background instilled in her a commitment to excellence, discipline, and teamwork—values she carries into every endeavor. Gi Gi Griffin Earnest is a highly accomplished professional with an exceptional educational background that underscores her leadership and expertise. Gi Gi earned a Doctorate in Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, which has been instrumental in shaping her ability to drive strategic initiatives, inspire teams, and lead with vision and purpose. Her doctoral studies focused on fostering organizational growth, enhancing workplace culture, and implementing effective leadership practices. In addition to her doctorate, Gi Gi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on management and business operations, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, which laid the foundation for her impressive career in HR and logistics.

Clay Earnest brings a wealth of experience in leadership, financial management, and operations to his role as Executive Manager and CFO of TruGRIT Consulting Group. With a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Mathematics, Clay is a strategic thinker dedicated to driving organizational success. A 23-year U.S. Army veteran, Clay served as an Air Missile Defense Officer, honing his expertise in logistics, operations, and team leadership. Currently, he works at Boeing, managing critical Department of Defense (DoD) contracts, where he applies his deep understanding of government operations to deliver impactful solutions. At TruGRIT, Clay oversees financial strategy and operational excellence, ensuring the firm’s services align with client needs and long-term goals. His dedication to service, precision, and innovation reflects TruGRIT’s core mission of fostering success through grit and integrity.
